You can find Omkar Holidays at No. 1/74 Sane Guruji Nagar in Goregaon West. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve got enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking flight times on the computer. It gets pretty hectic during the holiday seasons. The phone rings a lot and there’s always someone asking about train tickets or hotel bookings. Goregaon West is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We don't have those glossy brochures you see in big travel agencies. Usually, we just print things out or write them down on a notepad. We've lived in this area for a long time, so we know the people around Sane Guruji Nagar well. Running a travel business means dealing with a lot of changes. Flights get canceled or prices go up without warning. We just try to keep track of it all so our customers don't have to worry too much. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We don't have a big marketing budget. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or their cousin told them to come here. We aren't a big corporation. It’s just us trying to help folks get where they need to go without too much trouble. We take things one day at a time.
