Our shop is located at 4 Chintamani Heritage, right in the Sambhanji Nagar area of Nachane in Ratnagiri. It is a quiet enough spot but we stay busy with people coming in and out throughout the day. We deal with various sales items, and the shelves are usually pretty full. Being in Ratnagiri, the weather can get quite hot, so we try to keep the place cool for whoever stops by. We’ve been here in this building for some time now. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for what we need to display and a small desk where we handle the paperwork. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We open up early in the morning and stay until the evening. Sometimes the stock arrivals make things a bit crowded, but we manage to sort it out quickly. We don't really do much advertising; mostly it’s just locals or people passing through Sambhanji Nagar who drop in. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big corporate office or anything, just us working and making sure customers get what they are looking for. Ratnagiri is a nice place to have a business, even with the monsoon rains making things a bit damp sometimes. We just focus on our daily tasks and keep the shop running smoothly.
