Nilkanth Marble Tiles

Nilkanth Marble Tiles is located at Plot No. D-29/1 in the MIDC section. It is right near Bafna Motors, so if you find the car place, you have pretty much found us. The yard is filled with all sorts of stone and tiles. We have slabs of marble stacked up, and we spend our days moving them around to show people the different grains and colors. It isn't a quiet place. There is always the sound of machines cutting stone or trucks backing in to load up. The air usually has a bit of that wet stone smell because we use water when cutting. We have a small office where we sit down to do the math and write out the invoices. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a showroom with bright lights and fancy music. It’s just the warehouse and the outdoor yard. The staff here knows a lot about the different types of stone because we handle it every day. We see a lot of contractors and people building their own houses. They come in, walk around the slabs, and pick what they need. Sometimes we have to move ten different pieces just to get to the one at the back. It is just part of the routine. The sun hits the yard in the afternoon, and the marble can get quite warm to the touch. We close up once the sun goes down and start again the next morning.
