Nalawade Hospitality LLP is located at Flat No 101 in Omkar Plaza. That is in Soubhagya Nagar, right across from the Shanti Darshan Society in the Mirjole area of Chiplun. Being in Ratnagiri, we are right in the heart of the Konkan belt. It is a beautiful place, especially when it rains, though the humidity can be a bit much for the building maintenance. We are a small team and we handle a few different lodging spots. We don't have a big corporate office with a shiny sign. Omkar Plaza is just a regular building where we do our accounts and take bookings. Most of the time, we are out at the properties making sure the cleaning is done and the water is running fine. Chiplun is a stop for many travelers, so we try to provide a place that is practical. We don't make big promises about luxury. We just offer a decent room and a place to rest. Our staff is local, mostly people from the nearby villages who have been with us for a few years. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks for our guests. It is a hands-on business. If a lightbulb goes out, one of us goes and changes it. We like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything. It is a steady way to live and work.
