Our business, Konkan Mangokonkan Mango Processing Llp, is right in the middle of Pawas. We are located at House Number 1222, which is our home base for everything mango-related. Being in the Ratnagiri district, we are surrounded by orchards. We don’t have a fancy corporate office in the city. Instead, we work where the fruit is grown. Our work is very seasonal. When the mangoes are ripe, we are working from dawn until late at night. We spend our time sorting the fruit, cleaning it, and getting it ready for processing. It’s a lot of physical labor, and your hands usually end up sticky by the end of the shift. We are just a local team, mostly people from around Pawas who have been working with mangoes since they were kids. We don't have a marketing budget or a big social media presence. We just rely on the quality of the fruit and the hard work we put in. The address at H. No. 1222 is where we keep our equipment and handle the logistics. It’s a simple, practical setup. We don't have a mission statement or fancy goals. We just want to make sure the mangoes from our area are handled properly and sent out in good condition. It’s tiring work during the peak season, but we are used to it. We take pride in what we do, but we don't feel the need to shout about it.
