Hitech-Arc Buildcon Private Limited

Our base is House No. 292 in Rajapur, which is in the Tasgaon Taluka of Sangli district. It’s a very rural setting compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Hitech-Arc Buildcon is run right out of this house, which has been in the area for a long time. There is plenty of open space around us, and the air is much fresher than in the crowded urban centers. We use one of the front rooms as our main office where we keep our computers and all the project folders. The house has a tiled roof and a small porch where we sit and talk when the weather is nice. We don't have a big sign outside, just the house number. Most of our neighbors are farmers or local tradespeople, so they know us well. Working from Rajapur means we are right in the middle of the area we serve. We spend a lot of time driving out to different sites in the Sangli district, so the office is mainly for doing the paperwork and making phone calls in the evening. There’s usually a pot of tea on the stove and someone coming by to drop off a delivery or just to say hello. It’s a very relaxed way of working, but we still get everything done on time. It is a simple, practical home-office that fits our lifestyle perfectly without any of that city stress.
