We are over here in Ratnagiri at the MIDC in Mirjole. It is a bit of a drive out to the 415639 area, but quiet enough to get things done. We share space with the marine exports company at Plot No. FP-1. It is a practical setup really. Most days involve looking at the work floor and checking on things. We handle the PV side of the business. Ratnagiri is a good place to work because it isn't as crowded as Mumbai. We have been here for a while and the staff knows the routine. Sometimes the power goes out but we manage. It is just a regular office with people trying to do their jobs well. The building is solid and we have enough room for what we need to do. People around here know us. We don't really do fancy things or have big meetings. We just focus on the daily tasks. It gets humid in the summer but the sea breeze helps a little. You can find us easily if you follow the main road through the industrial area. We don't have a big sign but people know the Gadre name around here. It is a family-oriented place to work. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big corporate talk here, just work. We find that being away from the big city helps us focus. We have a few desks and some equipment for the solar side. It is not a lot, but it is ours and it works for us.
