We are located down at Plot No. Fp-1 in the MIDC area of Mirjole, right here in Ratnagiri. If you know this part of Maharashtra, you know it gets pretty humid and the salt air is everywhere because of the coast. Most of our days are spent handling the food side of things. It is a lot of logistics and making sure the trucks are moving when they should. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we keep our records and manage the staff. Usually, the morning starts with a quick tea and then checking what came in overnight. There is always noise from the nearby units in the block, but you get used to it after a while. We have been in this spot for a bit now, and the routine stays mostly the same. Some days are busier than others when shipments are backed up, and everyone has to jump in to help out. We don't really do the big corporate meetings or anything like that. It is more about getting the work done and making sure nothing spoils. The local guys who work here know the area well, so that helps a lot when things get tricky with transport. It’s a straightforward operation, and we just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain gets too heavy, but that is just how it is in Ratnagiri.
