Down here in Govalkot, Chiplun, things move at their own pace, and we’re right in the thick of it with F Pace Buildinfra Private Limited. Ratnagiri is a beautiful area, but building here comes with its own set of challenges, from the hilly terrain to the heavy rains we get. We set up this company to handle the infrastructure and building needs that pop up in this part of the state. Our daily routine usually involves a lot of driving between different spots to check on progress and talk to the guys doing the heavy lifting. It’s not a desk job by any means. We spend more time in the dirt than in the office. The paperwork is a bit of a headache, but it’s necessary to keep things moving forward. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff; it's a smaller group of us trying to make a living and build things that last. Sometimes we run into delays with getting materials delivered to Govalkot, but we’ve learned to plan around that over the years. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be practical about everything. It’s a lot of physical labor and coordination, and we don’t always get it perfect, but we try our best to fix things when they go wrong. It’s just how we operate in this corner of the world. We hope the work we do helps the town grow a little bit more each year.
