We are over here in Chiplun, specifically in the Nirval area at house number 163. It's a quiet spot. Most of the time we are busy with food and looking after people who come through. Ratnagiri is a nice place for this kind of work because of the surroundings. We didn't want to be in the middle of a big city. The hospitality side of things keeps us on our toes. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when we have many orders or visitors, but that is just how it goes in this trade. The kitchen smells like spices most mornings. We’ve been at this for a while now. It’s a family-run kind of feeling even if the name sounds official. If you're driving through Ratnagiri and find yourself near Nirval, you'll see our place. It’s not a fancy office or anything. Just a solid building where we do our work every day. We handle a lot of local ingredients because that’s what is available around here. The monsoon season makes the roads a bit tricky but the greenery is worth it. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the food is ready on time. There isn't much to say other than we work hard and enjoy the pace of life in Chiplun. The people around here are good neighbors. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
