Our office is located at 3857 Khadap Lane in the Mirkarwada area of Ratnagiri. It’s an interesting spot to be in, right near the coast and the fishing activities. We do consulting and engineering work for Cutech, so our desks are usually covered in drawings and technical specs. It’s not a very quiet area because of the docks and the market nearby, but we like the energy of it. The building is older and has that local Ratnagiri feel to it. We have a small team of engineers and support staff here. We spend a lot of time discussing projects and looking at how to solve specific technical issues for our clients. Sometimes we have to travel out to sites, but this is where all the planning happens. The humidity can be a bit much in the summers, but we have our fans going and we get through the day. We aren't big on corporate talk. We just want to make sure the engineering is sound and the consulting is practical. We’ve been in this part of Maharashtra for some time now. People know where 3857 is if they need to drop off documents. It’s a real working office, a bit messy with blueprints and half-drunk cups of chai. We just focus on the task at hand and try to do a solid job for whoever we are helping. It's a lot of math and double-checking.
