You can find Bethalcom out at Plot No. Fp-1 in the Mirjole MIDC area. We are located right near the Finolex Academy, which is the big landmark in this part of Ratnagiri. Working in an industrial zone like this means it’s not exactly a scenic spot. It’s mostly warehouses and factories, and the dust from the road is a constant presence. Our office is a very simple space without any of the fancy decorations you might see in a city building. We spend most of our time dealing with technical tasks and talking to people who need our help with their equipment. It’s a small operation, just a handful of us who know the ins and outs of the business. The heat under the metal roofs in the summer can be pretty intense, but we have a few fans going to keep us sane. Sometimes the power in the MIDC is a bit unreliable, which can throw a wrench in our plans for the day. We don’t have a big customer service department or a polished marketing strategy. If you call us, you’ll probably just talk to one of the guys who is actually doing the work. We just try to be practical and solve problems as they come up. It’s a straightforward way to work, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now. We just try to keep things moving along.
