Aroma Intermediates

Our place is located on Plot No. B-14/A in the MIDC Industrial Area at Lote Parshuram. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there are always trucks moving and plants running nearby. We’ve been at this site for a while now, focusing on the intermediate products that other industries need. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to keep the atmosphere on the floor pretty down-to-earth. The weather here can be quite something, especially during the monsoon when everything gets wet and the hills around the industrial area turn green. Our team is mostly made up of people from the nearby towns. We spend our days watching the gauges, moving drums, and making sure the processes are running like they should. It isn't a clean, white-collar office environment; it’s a working site with pipes and machinery. We deal with various chemicals and materials, so there is always something to monitor. It’s noisy sometimes, but you get used to the sound of the equipment after a week. We focus on getting the batches right and making sure the safety checks are done. People around here know us as a steady part of the Lote Parshuram landscape. We don’t have much time for fluff. We just come in, do the shifts, and make sure the outgoing shipments are ready for the transport guys who show up at the gate.
