Anand Pandit7Co is located down in Ratnagiri in the Zadgaon Block of the MIDC area. We are at D-30 in the Finolex Colony. It is a bit out of the way compared to the big cities, but it is a good place to work. The air is a lot fresher here and we have a lot of greenery around the colony. Our office is pretty straightforward. We deal with a lot of local business stuff and keeping the books straight. Ratnagiri is a beautiful place, especially during the mango season, though the humidity can get to you in the summer. We have a small team of local people who have been working together for years. Most of us live nearby so we do not have to deal with the long commutes like people in Mumbai. The office has everything we need, even if it is not the most modern setup. We spend our mornings going through the mail and the afternoon finishing up the reports. There is a lot of peace and quiet here which helps us get through the work without getting stressed. We are just a local branch doing our part for the company. We like the slow pace of life in the colony and the fact that we know almost everyone who walks past our door. It is a nice way to spend the work week.
