We are based in Sangameshwar, which is a nice part of Ratnagiri. Our office is house number 04/449 in the Muslim Mohalla area. It’s a local neighborhood where everyone pretty much knows each other. We handle infrastructure projects, mostly focusing on things that need doing right here in the district. Ratnagiri can be a bit quiet compared to the big cities, but there is always work to be done on the roads or buildings. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning in every room. It’s more of a traditional setup where we sit down and talk through the plans over tea. The rain during the monsoon can be really heavy here, which often puts a stop to the outside work. We spend that time catching up on the paperwork and planning for when the sun comes back out. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time. Our team is made up of people from around the Mohalla and the surrounding villages. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just do the work as it comes. It's a simple life and a simple business. If you walk down through the Mohalla, you’ll see our place soon enough. We’re usually around unless we’ve gone out to a site near the coast. We just take things one day at a time and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It keeps us busy and keeps the community moving forward.
