We've been at Shop No 8 on Chatripur Road for a good while now. It’s right across from the Balaji Temple, so we get to hear the morning bells every day when we open up. It's a small place, really, packed with stuff from floor to ceiling. Most days it is just me and a helper keeping track of everything. We started out just doing small bits of business but it grew because people in the neighborhood know us. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high. But it works for what we need. People stop by on their way to the temple or after work to pick up what they need. Sometimes we just sit and talk about the weather or how the road is getting more crowded. The traffic on Chatripur Road can be a real headache in the evenings. We try to keep things simple here. If someone needs something and we have it, we get it for them. If we don’t, we tell them where else to look. It’s just how things go around here. We don't have a big website or a call center. You just walk in and talk to us. It’s been that way since the start and we don’t see it changing much. Just a local spot doing its thing.
