NEW RAJ INDUSTRY

NEW RAJ INDUSTRY is based out in Village Palsoda, which is in the Ratlam district of Madhya Pradesh. Working in a village means we are surrounded by fields and a much quieter atmosphere than you’d find in a city like Indore or Bhopal. Our facility is a plain building that serves its purpose for our industrial work. We don’t have any fancy landscaping or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s mostly just the sounds of the machinery and the people working together. Most of us live nearby, so there’s a real sense of community in our workplace. We don’t use marketing language because we don’t really need it. Everyone in Palsoda knows who we are and what we do. Our days start early, often before the sun gets too hot, and we work until the afternoon heat becomes a bit much. Ratlam is known for its own local culture and we are proud to be a part of this district. We keep our records on simple paper files and a basic computer. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we don’t try to hide the fact that it’s hard work. Sometimes the roads to the village get muddy when it rains, and things slow down a bit, but we just adapt. We don’t have any big corporate mission to talk about. We just want to keep the industry running and do right by our neighbors every day.
