Our company, Kataria Industries, takes up the units from 34 to 44 in the local industrial area. Having several units right next to each other gives us enough room to spread out the different stages of our work without being too cramped. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different buildings during the day to check on things. We’ve been in this spot for years and most of the other business owners around here know us by now. It’s a typical industrial setting with a lot of noise, trucks, and movement throughout the day. We don't spend any money on fancy lobbies or big reception desks. If you need to talk to someone, you usually have to go find them on the shop floor. We deal with various industrial products and the work is quite physical most of the time. We have a mix of old machines that have been with us since the start and some newer ones we added as we grew. The staff is a mix of older guys who have been here for decades and some younger ones who are still learning the ropes. We just focus on getting the orders out to our customers on time. Sometimes the logistics get a bit complicated with so many different units, but we have a system that works for us. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make things. It’s a simple operation at the end of the day. We show up and keep the units running.
