Jayraj Traders

Jayraj Traders is located in Alakapuri, right near the Punjab National Bank. If you can find the bank building, you can find us without any trouble. It is a good landmark for people who are not familiar with every single street in this neighborhood. We are traders, so our space is usually filled with whatever we are buying and selling at the time. It is not a showroom for visitors. It looks more like a small warehouse or a busy storeroom most of the time. There are stacks of boxes and old ledgers scattered around on the counters. We have been here in Alakapuri for many years now. The area has grown a lot since we started, but our spot near the bank stays exactly the same. We do not use a lot of fancy language or big words to describe what we do here. We just trade. Some days are slow and we sit and drink tea with the neighbors from the other shops, and other days it is a mad rush to get everything loaded and moved out. We do not have a big corporate structure or managers. It is just a few of us making sure the numbers add up and the customers get what they ordered. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We do not see the point in spending money on renovations when the current setup does the job. It is a practical place.
