We’ve been here in Village Rasra for a while now. If you’re looking for us, we are right near the Roadways Bus Stop, which makes things pretty easy for the drivers coming through Balliya. Most days it’s just us handling the bags and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. It gets dusty, and the noise of the buses is always in the background, but that’s just how it is here. People stop by to ask about when the next shipment is coming in. We try to keep things moving. There’s no fancy office or anything, just the warehouse and the yard. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, especially when it rains hard, but we deal with it. The guys working here have lived in this district most of their lives. We know the roads and the shortcuts. It’s a basic operation. We load the trucks, check the paperwork, and keep an eye on the stock. You can see the gate from the main road. It isn’t much to look at, but we get the job done. Often we are here early before the first bus even pulls into the stop. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving stuff around all day. That’s what a day looks like for us at Jaypee Cement. We just keep our heads down and work. There are no corporate speeches here. Just us and the cement bags.
