Tata Motors

This Tata Motors facility is located at Plot No. A-22 within the Ranoli Gidc area. Being in an industrial zone like Ranoli means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. We are quite close to the Swaminarayan Temple which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. The atmosphere here is very busy but also quite rugged because of the nature of the work. We deal with vehicles and logistics every day in this big plot. It is a dusty environment sometimes with all the trucks moving in and out of the Gidc gates. The staff here consists of people who live nearby or commute from the surrounding parts of the city. We do not have much in the way of fancy lounge areas. Most of the space is dedicated to the vehicles and the equipment needed to keep them in good shape. Our days are filled with paperwork and technical checks. It is a lot of coordination to make sure everything stays on schedule. We usually eat our lunch together in a small break room and talk about the news or the local weather. The temple nearby provides a bit of peace in an otherwise very hectic industrial sector. We do not try to sound like a big corporate office even though the name is famous. We just focus on the daily tasks right here in Ranoli and get things done.
