You can find Orion Homes inside the Kaithavana Building. Our location is right at Mannamaruthy Junction in Makkapuzha, which is a recognizable spot if you are driving through Pathanamthitta. The junction is always lively with people coming and going. Our office is simple. We have some maps on the wall and a few chairs for visitors who stop in. We spend our time looking at plans and talking to folks about their housing needs. It is honest work. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us here in the office. Sometimes it rains really hard in Pathanamthitta and we just sit and wait it out while working on the computer. The building itself is sturdy and has been in this spot for years. We know most of the people who live or work around the junction. It is a small community and everyone knows each other. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions about the area. Not every day is busy, but we keep ourselves occupied with the paperwork. The junction can be a bit loud with the buses stopping nearby, but we are used to it by now. It is just how things are at Orion Homes. We stay focused on the local projects and keep moving things forward. It is a good place to be.
