Our place is located at No. 28/2 A on Ammor Road in Manthangal. It’s a leather unit, so there is always the smell of hides and the sound of machines running in the background. We’ve been set up here for some time, dealing with the daily grind of production. It’s dusty work, and your hands get dirty, but that’s the nature of leather. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just show up, check the materials, and get to work. The road outside can get a bit noisy with the trucks coming and going, but we don’t mind much. It’s part of the routine. We focus on the physical stuff, like cutting and checking the quality of the skins. Sometimes things go wrong with a machine and we have to fix it on the fly. It’s not always smooth, but we manage. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a tight group. We aren’t interested in being a huge corporate entity, even if the name Srinala Leathers India Pvt. Ltd. sounds like it. At the end of the day, we’re just people working with leather on Ammor Road. We try to keep things organized, even when it gets busy. There’s a lot of tradition in this kind of work, and we just try to keep our part of it going for as long as we can.
