You can find us out in Village Badhanchiliynaula. It’s a quiet place, or at least it was until we started moving dirt and stones around. Being a construction company in a village means we spend more time in boots than in shoes. Most of our days are spent out on the sites, checking on the foundations or seeing why the truck is delayed. We don't have a fancy glass office. Our base is just a practical spot where we keep our maps and payroll records. The air is better here than in the cities, but the work is just as hard. We deal with local workers and suppliers, and sometimes things move slowly because of the weather or the terrain. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just build things that stay up. Whether it’s a small wall or a bigger structure, we’re there to make sure it’s done right. We have our fair share of disagreements over where a pipe should go or how much cement we need. It’s all part of the job. People in the village know us by name, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do decent work in our own corner of the world. It’s a lot of dust and hard work, but we like seeing a building grow from nothing.
