Pragati School Of Nursing

The Pragati School of Nursing is located at 6-20/4&5 in Baba Nagar, which is part of the Nacharam area. It’s a place where we focus on teaching. You won’t find any fancy statues or big gardens here. It’s just a plain building where students come to learn how to be nurses. Every day, the classrooms are filled with people in their uniforms, sitting at wooden desks and taking notes. We have a few practical rooms where we keep the medical models and equipment. It’s a hands-on environment, not a corporate training center. The staff here are mostly experienced nurses and teachers who have spent their lives in hospitals. We spend our mornings setting up the lessons and our afternoons checking the students’ work. Nacharam is an industrial area, so it’s always a bit noisy with trucks and factories nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. The school is a bit old-fashioned in how we do things. We keep all our records in big ledgers and we don't have a fancy website or a social media manager. We just focus on making sure the students know what they are doing before they go out into the real world. It’s a simple, honest school in the middle of Baba Nagar, and we’re happy to see the students who pass through our doors every year and start their careers in different hospitals.
