This L&T office is located in K.P.H.B. Colony, which is a really busy part of Hyderabad. We are on the third floor of EWS-159. The best way to find us is to look for the R.R. Chicken Center on Road No-3, we are right there. Being on the third floor means a lot of climbing if you don't want to wait for the lift, but it gives us a bit of a view of the street. KPHB is always humming with people and traffic. It’s a lively place to be. Our space is pretty basic. We have some chairs, tables, and the usual office equipment. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art. It’s just a place to handle our business and meet with people when necessary. The address says Andhra Pradesh, but with the changes, we’re firmly in the Telangana side of things now. Most of our day is spent dealing with paperwork and coordinating things. It can get a bit chaotic with the noise from the street coming up, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We're just a local team working out of a flat in a busy residential and commercial mix. It works for us and the people we deal with.
