L&T Ecc Division

We’ve got our office set up over in Gandhi Nagar, Hyderabad. Specifically, we’re located at Flat No-8 in Bharani Avenue, which is part of the S B I Colony. It’s a bit of a unique spot because it’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the big commercial hubs downtown. D N Nayak is the person we’re care of here. Being a division of L&T Ecc, we handle a lot of the planning and coordination for construction work around the city. It’s a small team, and we’ve gotten to know the neighborhood pretty well over the years. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist; it’s just a practical workspace where we can focus on our engineering tasks. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a neighbor or a delivery, but we just take it in stride. Hyderabad is a busy city, but working from a flat in a colony like this makes the day feel a bit more relaxed. We don’t go in for any of that corporate talk or big promises. We just look at the plans, talk to the site managers, and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of routine stuff, but it’s what keeps the bigger projects moving. We like the fact that we can just walk out and find a local tea stall nearby when we need a break. It’s a simple, honest way to run an office.
