International Foods

Our facility is out in Vayushakthi Nagar, in Dammaiguda Village. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the center of Hyderabad, but being out here in Keesara Mandal gives us a bit more space. The address is 6-32/1/175/5, which is hard for delivery drivers to find sometimes. International Foods sounds like a big name, but we’re really just a local operation trying to keep things moving. We deal with a lot of food supplies, so there’s a lot of checking dates and making sure things aren't sitting in the heat too long. The building is just a plain concrete structure. It’s not very cool inside during the summer, even with the fans going. We spend most of our time moving boxes around and checking inventory on old clipboards. It’s not a high-tech setup. The village is slowly getting more built up, but it still feels like the outskirts. Sometimes the internet is patchy, or the water supply is a bit slow. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't some massive corporation with a bunch of rules; we just try to get the work done and go home to our families. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying on your feet. We don’t have any fancy brochures. We just have our warehouse and our daily routine out here in Dammaiguda, doing the best we can with what we have.
