Goldclay Minerals

Goldclay Minerals is located out at Sy No. 42 in Dharur Mandal, over in the RR District. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, and the roads can be a little rough depending on the season and the rain. We deal with minerals, so as you can imagine, everything is covered in a fine layer of dust most of the time. It’s a big open site with a lot of heavy machinery moving around from sunrise to sunset. We spend our days looking at rocks and clay, checking the quality and getting it ready for transport on the big trucks. It’s a rural area, so it’s quiet except for the sound of the engines and the crunch of gravel under our boots. We don't have a corporate office with fancy carpets or glass walls. Our workspace is more about function than looks, with simple desks and plenty of maps. Sometimes the weather out here in Dharur gets really intense, and we have to adjust what we're doing to stay safe. It’s a lot of outdoor work and monitoring the site for any changes. We’ve been working this land for a while and we know the rhythms of the district. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired and ready to head home. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss or delay.
