Vib Agritech (No Raw Seeds Only Processing And Packing)

Vib Agritech is out in Devarayamjal Village, specifically at Survey No. 659 and 661 in the Shameerpet Mandal area. We should be very clear about one thing: we do not sell or handle raw seeds here. Our whole operation is focused on the processing and packing side of things. When the seeds come in, they go through our machines to be cleaned, treated, and then put into bags. It is a dusty, loud environment, but it’s what we do. The village location is good because it gives us the space we need for the machinery and the storage. We have a lot of square footage, which is necessary when you have big batches of product moving through. We aren't a high-tech lab with people in white coats; we are a processing plant with people who know how to run heavy equipment. The roads out here in Shameerpet Mandal can be a bit rough, but the trucks manage. We work according to the harvest cycles. When it is busy, we are here late into the night getting the packing done. When it is slow, we spend our time maintaining the sorters and the baggers. It’s practical, blue-collar work. We don’t do a lot of talking. We just make sure the seeds are processed right and packed securely before they head out to the distributors. This is the heart of what happens at our village facility.
