WELBILT PROPERTIES (INDIA) LLP

Our office for Welbilt Properties (India) LLP is located in Madhapur, specifically at Flat No 1403 in DSR Reganti. It’s right in the middle of Vittal Rao Nagar, which is a busy part of the city. Being on the 14th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we aren't usually looking out the window much. Most of the time we’re tied up with property details and talking to people about where they want to live. We’re a small team, so when you call, you’re usually talking to one of the same three or four people. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sound like a big corporation. We just know the Madhapur market well because we’re in it every day. Sometimes the paperwork for these properties takes forever, and we get just as frustrated as anyone else. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is legal and clear. We don't have a showroom; we just meet people at the actual properties or here at the office to go over the plans. It’s a direct way of working. Things move fast in this part of Hyderabad, so we try to keep up without losing our minds. It’s a lot of walking, a lot of talking, and making sure the little details don't get missed. We just do our bit and keep things as simple as we can.
