Vertex Klr Developers Llp is located right in the Madhapur area. Our office is at Plot No 8 and 9, which is in the Jubilee Enclave area, right across from the Hitex entrance. It’s a very busy part of town with all the tech companies and exhibitions happening nearby. Being in the Vertex Corporate building means we are in the thick of it. We spend our days working on various development projects. It’s a mix of office work and visiting sites across the city. The traffic around Hitex can be a nightmare, so we try to plan our site visits carefully. We aren't a big, impersonal corporation. We’re just a group of people who know the local real estate and construction scene pretty well. Our workspace is usually full of rolls of blueprints and samples of building materials. There is always someone coming in or out with some news about a project. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy promotion. Most people find us because they saw our signs at a construction site or heard about us from a friend. We focus on getting the work done and moving on to the next thing. It’s a fast-paced environment here in Madhapur, but we’ve been doing this long enough to stay calm when things get hectic. We just keep our heads down and focus on the practical side of developing property. That's how we run things.
