SWEN PROJECTS LLP

SWEN PROJECTS LLP is run out of H No : B 802 in the Bhavyas Anandam Apartment complex. We are located in the Nizampet area of Kukatpally. It is a regular residential apartment where we have set up our workspace. It feels a bit more personal than a standard office block. We usually have a few people coming in and out during the day to check on project status or drop off documents. Nizampet is a busy spot, but our building is a bit of an escape from the street noise. We do not go in for any of that corporate talk about visions or being the top in the field. We are just a small group of people doing project work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site photos. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets buried under paperwork. It is an honest way to make a living. We know the neighbors and we know the local suppliers. That counts for a lot in this business. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way without all the red tape you find in bigger companies. It works for us. The kettle is usually on and there is always something to be done. We just keep plugging away at it, one project at a time, until the day is over.
