Our small team operates out of Road No 59 in the Sri Swamy Ayappa Cooperative Housing Society. It's a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer for getting things done. We’ve been at H.No. 3/1170 for a while now. Being a part of a housing society means we see our neighbors and local residents every single day. It keeps us grounded. We spend our time planning out new developments and making sure the current ones are on track. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the sites. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some of us grew up right around here, so we care about how the neighborhood looks and grows. The office is usually a bit cluttered with rolls of plans and half-empty water bottles. It’s a real place where work happens. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to be honest about what we're doing and when it'll be finished. If there’s a delay, we say so. If things are going well, we’re happy about it. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us and the people we work with in the society. We usually have the radio on in the background while we sort through the daily mail and files.
