Our office is located in the Jasmine Block at Nagarjuna Dream Land. If you know the Dhulapally Road area in Kompally, you know it is a growing spot. We are in unit F 210. It is more of a residential-style setup for our workspace, which actually makes it a lot more comfortable for the team. We do engineering and construction work from here. Usually, the table is covered in site maps and blueprints. It is not a corporate skyscraper or anything. We like being in this part of Hyderabad because it is a bit away from the main city rush, though the traffic on the way to Rangareddi can still be a headache in the evenings. Most of the time, our staff is out at various sites, but this is where the planning happens. We started this because we liked building things. It is a small group of us here. We do not have fancy coffee machines or a front desk person. Usually, whoever is closest to the door opens it. We have had some long nights here trying to get project schedules right. It is hard work, and sometimes things do not go exactly as planned, but we figure it out eventually. We deal with a lot of local suppliers around Kompally. It feels like a real community here. We are not interested in being flashy. We just want to make sure the structures we work on are solid and done right without any unnecessary complications.
