You can find us over at Kavuri Hills, right in the SVE Nest building. We are in Flat 101 on Plot 130. Jubilee Hills is a busy place, but our little corner is usually where we can focus on the development side of things. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team that handles real estate and development projects around Hyderabad and the Rangareddi area. The office feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we do not mind. We spend a lot of time talking to architects and checking on site progress. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days are just filled with phone calls and checking regulations. We have seen the city change a lot from our spot here in Kavuri Hills. New buildings go up every month. We try to keep our head down and just do our part. We do not use big words or try to impress people with fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through word of mouth. It is a tough business and there are always challenges with land or permits, but we have learned how to navigate that over the years. We just take things one project at a time. If you stop by, we might be in the middle of a meeting, but there is always someone around to talk. It is just a few of us here making it work every day.
