Sail Life Solutions LLP is way up on the 9th floor of Block E in the Accurate Wind Chimes complex. This is located in the Narsingi area of Hyderabad. Being on the ninth floor means we get a lot of wind, which I guess is why the place has that name. On clear days, you can see quite far out over the city and the high-rise buildings in the distance, which is probably the best part about working here. Narsingi is developing very quickly, so there is constant construction noise and dust from all the new apartment blocks going up nearby. The elevator ride up to 902 takes a minute, and we often chat with the residents of the building while we wait for our floor. It is a mixed-use kind of feel here. Our office space is pretty basic. We have set up our workstations and some shelving for our files. It is not a huge area, but we manage to stay organized. The commute can be a bit tiring because the roads around here are still being worked on and get quite muddy when it rains. We usually bring our own lunches because there are not many small eateries within walking distance yet. We spend our days mostly staring at screens and talking over tasks with each other. It is a quiet, functional space that helps us get through our long to-do lists without much fuss or unnecessary distraction.
