We set up RR League Properties LLP right here in Villa No 9 over at Dews Villas. Manchi Revula is a quiet spot, and working out of a villa makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a high-rise office downtown. Narsingi is growing fast, but our corner stays pretty calm. Mostly, it’s just us sitting at the desks, looking over property papers and taking calls. Sometimes the sun hits the front porch just right in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about land or houses nearby. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. There’s a coffee machine that acts up sometimes, and piles of files that we try to keep organized. People drop by occasionally to ask about the market in this part of Narsingi. We’ve seen the area change a lot since we started. Most days involve a lot of driving around to check on sites or meeting people at the gate. It is practical work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the paperwork is correct and the clients know what's happening. The villa feels like a home, which helps when things get stressful. We just keep at it, one day at a time, keeping our records straight and watching the neighborhood grow outside our window.
