We set up Rainbow Vision Developers LLP over in Block 33 of the Malaysian Township in Kukatpally. D.NO.702 is where we keep our main desk. It’s a pretty active area, and we’ve become part of the scenery here. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the building trade for years. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just show up, look at the plans, and get to work. Most of our time is spent out at various sites around the city, so the office is often empty except for the stacks of files and a few chairs. We've learned that in this business, you have to be ready for anything—from a sudden downpour to a shortage of bricks. We just take it as it comes. It isn't always pretty, and there’s plenty of sweat involved, but we like seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to something people can actually use. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Usually, one job leads to another because someone saw what we did. We just want to keep doing our work without making a big fuss about it. It’s what we know how to do, so we just keep at it day after day. It's nothing fancy, just straightforward construction and getting the foundations right so the rest of it stays up.
