M9 Developers LLP is on the ground floor of H No. 23 100001 in Madhuranagar. Being on the ground floor is handy because we have people dropping in all the time to talk about projects. Madhuranagar is a pretty active area, and there’s always something being built or renovated nearby. We’ve set up our workspace to be simple and functional. There are blueprints spread out on the tables and samples of granite and wood leaning against the walls. We’re not the type of company that spends money on shiny advertisements. We’d rather spend that time making sure our sites are running smoothly. Construction is a messy business with a lot of moving parts. You’re always balancing the timeline against the reality of the weather or the availability of skilled labor. We spend our mornings checking on the different crews and our afternoons in the office handling the accounts and the local regulations. It’s a lot of mundane work like checking invoices and making sure the safety gear is being used. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get finished by Friday. It’s a straightforward way of working that seems to suit us just fine. People know where to find us if they have a question about a plot or a building plan. We’re just here in Madhuranagar doing the work.
