LEAGUE VILLAS LLP is based out in Manchirevula Village, near Gandipet. It's a bit of a different pace out here compared to the middle of Hyderabad. We are situated at Survey Number 227/E. Working in the Gandipet area means we see a lot of the newer developments happening around the outskirts. Our setup is pretty simple. We spend our time looking over site plans and making sure the villa projects are moving along. It’s mostly just a few of us in the office. We don't have any polished sales pitch. We just talk to people about the land and the buildings. The village atmosphere is still there, even with all the new construction. It can be dusty sometimes because of the roads, but that’s just how it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at the site. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on things. We’ve got a small space where we keep our maps and documents. It isn't a high-rise office building or anything. We prefer being close to where the actual work is happening. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or weather issues, but we take it as it comes. It’s a practical business. We’re just trying to get these projects finished one step at a time. It’s been an interesting journey being out here in Manchirevula as things change.
