We set up Landrise Developers LLP over here in Kukatpally, specifically near the JNTU area. Our office is tucked away at Plot No 137/A in Western Hills. It's a busy spot on Road No 6 in Addagutta. Most days you'll find us dealing with local land issues or looking at site plans. We aren't a huge fancy firm. It's just us working out of this space, trying to get projects moving along. Some days are slow with paperwork, and other days we are out at sites early. We've been at this H No 2 22 310/32 address for a bit now. Being right opposite the university means there is always traffic and people around. It's a practical location for what we do. We mostly handle things ourselves. There’s no big PR team here. Just land work and building stuff when the time is right. We know the Western Hills area pretty well by now. If you're looking for us, look for the Addagutta signs. It's not a shiny corporate office, just a place where we get the job done. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone we deal with. Sometimes the weather slows us down, but that's just how the industry is. We keep our files organized and our boots a bit dusty. It’s just how we operate.
