Kontact Construction Llp is based out of a ground floor office at Plot No. 117 in O U Colony, Shaikpet. Having a ground floor spot is handy because we are always hauling samples, tiles, and tools in and out. Shaikpet is a busy area, and being in O U Colony puts us right where a lot of development is happening. We don't really do the whole "executive" thing. Our office is a place where we drink a lot of tea and argue over the best way to fix a structural issue or how to get a project back on track. It’s a messy, real-world business. We deal with masons, electricians, and carpenters every day, and they don't care about fancy titles. They just want to know when the materials are arriving. We try to keep our operations as straightforward as possible. If a client comes in, we sit them down and talk through the costs without any hidden fees or complicated contracts. Construction is already complicated enough with all the permits and regulations, so we don't need to add to it. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other small business, but we are still here and still building. It’s about being reliable and staying local. We know the soil in this part of town and we know how the weather affects the curing of concrete. That’s the kind of stuff that actually matters to us. We just keep working.
