Kaipa Consulting Llp is based in the Cyber Towers building in Madhapur, which is the heart of Hitech City in Hyderabad. Our specific unit is 3Q2A2. Being in Cyber Towers means we are right in the middle of all the action in the Rangareddi district. It’s an iconic building, so we don't usually have to give people directions; they just know where it is. Because it’s such a big place, it can feel a bit impersonal sometimes, but our little corner in 3Q2A2 is where we do all our real work. It’s usually buzzing with people coming and going from different companies. The security at the gate is pretty strict, so we always have to make sure we have our badges. Inside our office, it’s just a normal workspace. We have our computers and some whiteboards where we scribble down notes that probably only make sense to us. It can get pretty loud in the hallways during the shift changes, but once you’re inside, it’s easier to focus. We’ve been here long enough that we know the best spots to grab a quick tea or a snack without waiting in a huge line. Working in Hitech City has its pros and cons, like the traffic, but we’ve made this space work for us. It’s just where we happen to be and we try to make the most of it every single day we come in.
