Dira Buildcon Llp is based out at Syno:125/A, 1 14 Mokilashankarpally Mandal. It’s a bit of a drive out there, but that’s where the space is these days. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, walking around sites and checking on progress. Building things is mostly about managing people and making sure the supplies don't run out at the wrong time. We aren’t big on fancy meetings or polished presentations. Usually, it's just us looking at a map or a blueprint on the hood of a truck. The work is physically demanding and usually involves coming home covered in dust. Our setup in Mokila is simple. We handle the administrative stuff there, like payroll and ordering materials, but our real work is out in the dirt. We deal with all sorts of challenges, from hard ground to finding reliable workers who actually show up on Monday morning. It’s not always pretty, and things rarely go exactly according to the first plan we made. We just adjust as we go. There’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a structure take shape where there was nothing but an empty lot before. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get the job done without too much drama. It’s a tough business, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know what to expect. Most days we are just tired but ready to do it again tomorrow.
