We work out of Flat No. 401 in Parimala Homes, which is over in the Kothapet area. It is part of Saroornagar, a place we have known for a long time. Our office is actually inside a residential complex, so it does not feel like a stiff corporate environment at all. Castor And Pollux Consulting Llp is just a handful of us doing our thing. We like the quiet atmosphere of the flat because it helps us focus on our tasks. Sometimes you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like kids playing or people talking in the hallways, but it does not bother us. We have set up some desks and shelves in the main rooms to keep everything organized. It is not a huge space, but it is enough for what we need. Kothapet is usually buzzing with people, but Parimala Homes is tucked away just enough to be peaceful. The security guards at the gate know us by now since we are there every day. We do not wear suits or act formal unless there is a very good reason for it. Most days it is just us in our regular clothes, drinking coffee and working on our laptops. We do not have a big fancy office, just a practical one in a neighborhood we like being in. It is a simple setup that works for us.
