Alapati Infra Projects Llp is located over in Pragathi Nagar, which is near Nizampet. Our office is at Flat No 401 in Swathi Nilayam, on Plot No. 232. Pragathi Nagar is a very crowded residential area, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We kind of like the energy of the place though. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us handling the day-to-day tasks of an infrastructure LLP. We aren't sitting in some glass tower. It’s just a regular apartment converted into an office space. We have a kitchen where we make tea and a balcony where we can step out for some air. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working on project details. Nizampet traffic is something we talk about a lot because it affects how long it takes us to get anywhere. We try to schedule our site visits to avoid the worst of it. The office is full of files and folders related to different projects we have going on. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we have a system that works for us. We are just local people trying to build something useful. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about us anyway. We just keep going.
