Zakeer Constructions is a local outfit based in Shankarpally, right on the Old MRO Office Road. Our address is D.No. 8-81, and it is a place we know very well. Shankarpally is a bit different from the main city; it has a slower pace that we really appreciate. We spend a lot of time working with people from the surrounding Rangareddi villages. Our office is a simple one, located on a street that gets quite a bit of foot traffic. We don't believe in having a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the building work. Whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger structure, we treat the work the same. Usually, you’ll find Zakeer or one of the staff members sitting with a notebook and a calculator, trying to figure out the best way to handle a new project. We source our materials locally whenever we can. It’s important to us to maintain good relationships with the people around here. The road outside can get dusty, and the office fan sometimes squeaks, but it’s our home. We’ve been through many seasons here, from the heavy monsoons that stop all work to the heatwaves that make it tough to stay outside. Through it all, we just keep the business running. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to be a reliable part of the Shankarpally community. Anyway, if you're ever walking down the Old MRO road, you'll see us there.
