You can find Yella Realty Private Limited over at 2nd Cross in Shad Nagar. We operate out of a place called Ashmanaaz. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, though the 2nd Cross can get a bit congested when people are coming home from work. We do real estate stuff, mostly focusing on things right here in the local area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just have a small team that knows Shad Nagar pretty well. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and walking around to look at different sites. The office is pretty basic. We have our computers and a few chairs for when people drop by to talk about property. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There is usually a bit of dust from the road and a lot of folders on the tables. We like it that way because it feels real. Real estate is mostly just about knowing who is selling and who is looking, and we spend our time keeping track of that. Shad Nagar is growing, so there is always something new happening on the next street over. We’ve been at this address for a while now. We don't use any fancy talk or sales pitches. If you need to know about a piece of land or a house around 2nd Cross, we probably have some notes on it in one of our ledgers. It’s just how we do things.
