WESTERN AVENUE REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at Plot Number 4, on the 2nd floor of the Krishna Nivas building. This is in Maruthynagar, specifically the Kismathpur area within K.V. Rangareddy. We go by the name WESTERN AVENUE REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED. It’s a bit of a long name for a small office, but it’s what’s on the papers. Being on the second floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street, which is mostly quiet compared to the main city roads. We spend our time working on property deals and making sure the legal side of things is handled. It’s not an exciting job most of the time, just a lot of reading and phone calls. We know the Kismathpur neighborhood pretty well and have seen it grow over the years. Our office is pretty plain, just a place for us to sit and get the work done. We don't have any big marketing budgets or fancy brochures. People usually find us because they are looking for something specific in this part of Rangareddy. We try to be helpful and just give people the facts about whatever property they are asking about. It’s a small team here, so you’ll usually talk to the same one or two people every time. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, day in and day out, in this corner of Telangana. I think that covers it really.
